Mission

As financial markets are being regulated by laws more and more, SECA representing Switzerland’s private equity, venture capital and corporate finance industries, admits its responsibility to play an active role in legal and tax consultations.

On this part of the SECA website, we provide information about recent legal changes as they affect private equity. The information is intended for orientation purposes only and the application in a particular case can not be guaranteed.

Hannes Glaus (Chairman), Jacques Bonvin (Lead Romandie), Rudolf Tschäni und Dieter Wirth constitute the board of the Chapter Legal & Tax. They are also members of the Board of SECA.
