Membership Categories

Members of the SECA include investment and private equity companies, banks, auditing firms, lawyers, corporate finance and M&A consultants.

• Full Members are companies which are professionally involved in one or more activities related to the objectives of the SECA
  (1-9 employees CHF 1600.-, 10 and more employes CHF 2200.- per year)
• Associate Members are companies which are interested in one or more activities related to the objective of the organisation, but do not have their main business in the corporate finance area
  (1-9 employees CHF 1000.-, 10 and more employees CHF 1600.- per year)
• Individual Members are private persons interested in the field of private equity or corporate finance (CHF 500.- per year).
• Young SECA Member are private persons under 40 years old or less than two years professional experience in the field of private equity, venture capital and corporate finance (CHF 120.- per year). As a Young Professional you are part of Young SECA and will only have access to selected SECA services.

The members of SECA are usually involved in one or more Private Equity Investments and/or Corporate Finance activities. By becoming a member of SECA, you are supporting the expansion of equity financing and corporate finance consulting in Switzerland as well as being part of our professional association.
