Informations for Start-up's

Start-up’s and companies looking for Business Angel financing should note the following:

• If you are looking for financing, please contact the Business Angel organisations (link to SECA member networks) directly.
  SECA is a national association and does not provide Business Angel money and know-how.
• Business plans should be sent directly to the SECA members. SECA does not organize the deal flow.
• Business Angels do provide more than financing. There will always be a know-how transfer from the Business Angel to the entrepreneur, which is looking for funds.
• Business Angel investments are usually equity investments and take place in a very early phase of the company. Typically, the company has just been founded, is about to be founded or generates first revenues. A clear business idea has been developed and a comprehensive business plan has been prepared.
• Typical Business Angel investments range from CHF 100’000 to CHF 1 mio, some Angel-Investors may invest higher sums and are investing in groups.
