Mission

As financial markets are being increasingly regulated, SECA’s Legal & Tax Chapter actively participates in the regulatory process to preserve the interests of Switzerland’s private equity, venture capital and corporate finance industry and supports its members in keeping track of the relevant legal developments. As pertinent industry organization, it developed a model documentations for venture capital investments and - together with the Swiss Funds & Asset Management Association SFAMA - for a limited partnership for collective investment, both being widely perceived as industry standards.
