Farmantra’s workshop is designed to provide you a real-world valuation perspective which you can use it either when raising money from Investors or in discussion with Strategic Partners. Having valued more than 50 assets since 2010, we are adept at providing training to the CEOs/CSOs of a life sciences company who can leverage this in creating value for their shareholders and themselves.
The full day Valuation Workshop mostly suited for CEOs/CSOs/CFOs of biotech/medtech company. In this workshop we will dive into the following:
- How Investors/VCs think and how you should pitch and adapt to them
- How we can develop strong fundamentals when valuing an asset. What are the different ways of valuing a biotech asset? How NOT to value an asset
- How to structure licensing deal, co-development deal etc.
Most importantly, you should be able to independently evaluate valuations done by external service providers etc.
