The SECA Yearbook 2013 includes the latest developments and trends in the private equity and corporate finance industry in Switzerland as well as a short report about the developments within and the events held by SECA – Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Association in 2012.

Furthermore it contains a list of all members of the SECA which are the main players for private equity and venture capital in Switzerland.
