Best Practices: From Intention to Impact
Best Practices Guide - From Intention to Impact: Awareness is not implementation.
Switzerland has one of the world’s strongest innovation ecosystems. Yet only 14.1% of startup founders with at least one financing round are women.
So what happens between good intentions and real change?
On 11 September 2026, the Beat Funding Bias Initiative by the FE+MALE Think Tank launches "From Intention to Impact", a new Best Practices Guide showcasing practical, tested approaches to changing how organisations make decisions, allocate capital and create opportunities.
The Guide analyses best practices across three dimensions: Organizational Culture, Business Operations and Community Impact, highlighting approaches that organisations can put into action.
Participants will be among the first to explore the Guide and the data behind it, hear from the 2026 Biennial Award winners about practices already creating measurable change, and join a strategic dialogue on decision-making, investment, leadership and the practical steps needed to build a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Not a conversation about women. A conversation about building a better entrepreneurial ecosystem for everyone.
The event will take place on 11. September 2026 at Walder Wyss in Zurich.
Participants attending in person will also have the opportunity to receive a copy of the Guide, with VIP tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis.
